DEFORMATION AND RECRYSTALLIZATION IN (110) 001 SINGLE CRYSTALS OF IRON- SILICON ALLOY (in Chinese)
Reformation and recrystallization in (1 1 0)STA0 0 1! single crystals of iron-silicon (3.25%) with a reduction is thickness of 5 to 50% are described. In the range of a reduction of 2 to 16%, the slip planes are (1 0 1), (1 0 1), (1 1 0), and (1 1 0), and the twinning planes are (1 1 2) and (1 1 2). This coincided satisfactorily with explanations of the formation of cold-rolling textures in (1 1 0)STA0 0 1! single crystals of iron-silicon alloys. It was observed that the position and growing process of recrystallized grains are different for cold- rolling and annealing treatments. The recrystallized grains from cold-rolling formed first at the twinning boundary and preferred growth there. But in annealing the crystals were formed by subgrains except at the twinning boundary and near the deformation lands, and the preferred growth was not as apparent as in cold-rolling. (auth)
