An isobar model utilizing some (all of the T matrix unitarity equations containing 3 $Yields$ 3 amplitudes are ignored) of the constraints imposed by unitarity is developed. This model is then used to analyze the reaction K$sup - $n $Yields$ $pi$$sup -$$pi$$sup -$$Sigma$$sup +$ in the energy region 1.62 to 1.73 GeV. Branching fractions for the decay of formation channel resonances into the excited baryon states $lambda$(1405)$pi$, $lambda$(1520), and $Sigma$(1385)$pi$ are obtained. (auth)
