PERTURBATION THEORY FOR SYSTEM OF MANY-FERMIONS STARTING FROM DEGENERATE STATE

Expressions are found for the vector of the normal state of a many- fermion system if the unperturbed system is degenerate. The problem is solved by means of the perturbation expansion of the resolvent operator. The method can be used to calculate the coupling energy and wave functions of the electrons and even of the nucleons in incompletely occupied shells. (auth)
