ELECTRON DIFFUSION PARAMETERS

An IBM 704 computer program which computes diffusion parameters for the dispersal of electrons in an infinite homogeneous medium is described. These parameters are the diffusion-onset energy, the straight-line distance between the source point and the point at which diffusion begins, the total track length between the source point and the diffusion-onset point, and the diffusion area to a specified cut-off energy.
