RADIUM-226 IN THE TOTAL DIET

Total diet samples from five cities were analyzed by the radon-emanation method. The results are given in terms of mu mu c Ra/sup 226//kg of total diet and per g of Ca. The total daily intake of Ra/sup 226/ is also presented. Each test was made on a composite of more than 100 foods plus local water. (P.C.H.)
