A review of current developments in techniques for testing of materials is presented. Also included are test results and information on sources of special test procedures. In formation which became available to DMIC from March through May 1961 is the basis of the review which is developed mainly on evaluation of materials at low temperatures. Results of tests on aluminum alloys at --423 deg F are included along with similar tests on stainless steel. (J.R.D.)
