Weak interaction models with new right-handed charm changing currents and $delta$I = 1/2 rule are discussed within the SU(2) x U(1) x G and SU(2)/ subA/ x SU(2)/subB/ x SU(4) ' gauge theory framework and it is pointed out that $delta$S = 2 transitions do not provide at present too much of a constraint on these models. It is suggested that neutral-current interactions and high-energy neutrino cross sections will test the validity of these theories. (AIP)
