A terminal head of the knuckle joint type is designed in which means is provided for holding the cable stationary while the casing is rotated on the frame. The terminal head comprises a fixed frame, a casing and a wheel both mounted coaxially and rotntably on the frame, a terminal member mounted on the casing and movable radially on the wheel, and cylindrical guide members for holding the cable stationary and for guiding the cable as it leaves the head.
