A SIMPLE DERIVATION OF SCHWARZSCHILD'S METRIC

With the use of local Lorentz transformations, Schwarzschild's exterior solution of Einstein's equations is derived from the principle of equivalence, the special theory of relativity (applied locally), and Newton's law is taken to mean that the acceleration field is proportional to the mass of the gravitating center and divergence-free outside this center when described in a local frame that is freely falling radially towards the center from rest at infinity.
