ABSOLUTE MEASUREMENT OF THE ENERGY OF THE MOST IMPORTANT NATURAL ALPHA EMITTERS (in German)

Journal Article · · Helvetica Physica Acta (Switzerland)
OSTI ID:4030176

With a 180 deg spectrograph in a large permanent magnet, the alpha energies of Po/sup 210/, Po/sup 212/, Po/sup 214/, B i/sup 2/s/sup 2/ Bi/sup 211/ , Ra/sup 223/ Rn/sup 219/ and Po/sup 215/ were determined absolutely. The magnetic field was measured by proton resonance and the orbit diameter was compared with a standard metric rod. (tr-auth)
