>An investigation was conducted on 24 single crystals of Mo of various orientations after stretching at -80, --50, of metallographic and x-ray- diffraction analyses that traces of slip {112} {123} {145} etc., can be interpreted as paired slip in two nonparallel planes {110} along almost the same direction <111>. The external appearance of the traces of slip depends on the orientation of the single crystal. At various temperatures, the appearance of the traces of slip may differ for samples with the same orientation. (OTS)
