Low-temperature magnetic ordering and 4f electrons effect in high-{Tc} DyBa{sub 2}Cu{sub 3}O{sub 7-{delta}} superconducting single crystal

The results of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) from 320 K to 870 K and specific heat measurements from 0.1 K to 2 K are reported. DSC revealed ``ortho(P/mmm)-para(P4/nmm)`` structural phase transition at 690 K. The {lambda} like anomaly in the specific heat curve at T{sub m} = 0.72 K is attributed to the antiferromagnetic ordering of Dy{sup 3+} ions and the crystalline field effect.
