EFFECT OF ELECTRON-ELECTRON CORRELATIONS ON OSCILLATIONS IN A COMPLETELY ISOLATED PLASMA (in French)
The longitudinal dielectric constant of a completely ionized plasma derived from the kinetic equations of Guernsey and the dielectric constant derived from the Vlasov equation are used in investigating the effects of electron-electron correlations on oscillations in a completely isolated plasma. The particular case of an electron gas neutralized by a continuous positive background is considered. (C.E.S.)
