A GENERAL METHOD FOR THE QUANTITATION OF IMMUNE CYTOLYSIS
A test using Cr/sup 5//sup 1/-labeled cells was developed for quantitative measurements of immune lysis for cells derived from a variety of tissues. Procedures are described and data are tabulated from typical measurements of antibody cytolytic activity in tumor cells. (C.H.)
