The first T = $sup 3$$/$$sub 2$ level in $sup 41$Sc has been excited as a resonance in the $sup 40$Ca(p,$gamma$$)$$sup 41$Sc reaction, at incident energy E/ sub p/ = 4974 +- 5 keV. Transitions to the levels at 2.668, 3.415, 3.777, and 4.248 MeV have been observed, and their radiative widths determined. Multipole mixing ratios have been obtained from angular distribution measurements. The comarison between radiative strengths and ft values for the $beta$$sup +$ decay of the $sup 41$Ti ground state suggests than an important part of the [1f$sup 2$/ sub 7/2j=1,t=0/ 1d/sub 3/2/$sup -1$]/sub J=5/2,T=1/2/ configuration could be in the 4.248 MeV level. The $gamma$ decay of the first T = $sup 3$$/$$sub 2$ level is also compared to that of its analog in $sup 41$Ca, giving a strong indication that the T = $sup 1$$/$$sub 2$ levels in $sup 41$Sc at 2.668, 3.415, 3.777, and 4.248 MeV are, respectively, the analogs of those at 2.605, 3.400, 3.740, and 4.094 MeV in $sup 41$Ca.
