ON THE SYMMETRY OF THE CLEBSCHGORDAN COEFFICIENTS (in Russian)

>Some consequences of the new symmetry of the ClebschGordan coefficients derived by Regge are considered. All formulas in the theory of angular momentum are written in an invariant form (in R-symbols). As a result a number of new relations between the Clebsch-Gordan coefficients, Racah coefficients, and transformation matrices are obtained. In particular, Racah coefficients depending on the projections are considered. A graphic interpretation of Regge symmetry is presented. (auth)
