CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE THEORY OF NONSTATIONARY, MULTIPLE COMPTON SCATTERING OF $gamma$ QUANTA (in Russian)
Even in the first approximation of the calculation of the nonstationary character, the condition cos theta = 1, with theta the angle of scattering of the gamma quanth, cannot be applied because in that case the spreading of the gamma quanta bunch, which is emitted at the same time by the source, is not taken into account. Therefore, in an attempt to develop a simple calculation scheme for the nonstationary scattering of gamma quanta, the condition cos theta = 1 - ( theta 2/2) was used for the calculation, which referred to the case of a flat, unidirectional source, emitting gamma quanta. The aim of the study was the determination of the gamma flux, i.e., the number of quanta possessing a given wavelength passing through the unlt surface per second at a given distance. A simplified expression was obtained in which the order of the scattering was indicated by an approximate exponent. (TTT)
