Process anti pp $Yields$ 4$pi$ at intermediate energies

In an attempt to identify annihilation mechanisms, the channel anti pp $Yields$ 2 $pi$$sup +$ 2 $pi$$sup -$ at 2.5 and 4.6 GeV/c was studied. The main feature is the prolific production of rho f, and g mesons. The effective mass and angular distributions are shown, and the masses and widths of the resonances are tabulated. Cluster properties are also discussed. (JFP)
