LO-TEMP THERMIONIC PLASMA STUDY. Yearly Report

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:4002541
The low-temperature, impregnated tungsten, cesium diode was extended from its original planar configuration to a cylindrical geometry in higher power ranges. Various cylindrical converters were designed, fabricated, and operated in both steady-state and pulsating modes. A multiple collector device to evaluate and compare different collector materials in the same diode environment was designed and fabricated. (auth)
