Generalization of the hidden crossing theory to the two-center multielectron system is presented. The relevant eigenvalue problem in the plane of complex iternuclear distance is solved by the generalized unrestricted Hartree-Fock and CI methods. Bounds of validity are discussed. Mechanisms and ionization cross-sections for slow collisions of two hydrogen atoms as well as for proton and antiproton impact on helium are shown.
