The hidden crossing method successfully describes various processes in ion-atom collisions and electron-impact ionization of hydrogen. The authors are applying the hidden crossing method to positronium formation in positron-hydrogen collisions. Using the hyperspherical Hamiltonian of the form given by Zhou and Lin they have constructed Riemann surfaces for L=O & 1 for the positron-hydrogen system. They hope to present results for S-wave positronium formation in positron-hydrogen collisions at this meeting.
