The solubility of anhydrous lanthanoid chlorides in phosphorus oxychloride (POCl{sub 3}) and laser matrix phosphorus oxychloride-zinc chloride (POCl{sub 3}-ZnCl{sub 2}) is studied. The developed and prepared systems can be utilized as luminophors and laser luminophors. The schemes of the quantitative analysis of the luminophors are proposed and described, as well as the principal details of their synthesis.
