An x-ray microanalyzer is used for studying autoradiograms by the autoradiography - x-ray microanalysis (ARG - XRMA) method. The operating conditions of the microanalyzer are optimized by optimizing the electron accelerating voltage (15 kV), probe current (30 nA), and time of pulse counting (100 sec). X-ray background components are determined. The correctness of the results obtained is checked experimentally on glasses of basalt composition.
