Comparisons are performed between measurements made with a Rotating Shadowband Pyranometer (RSP) and an Eppley PSP, an Eppley NIP, and an Eppley PSP with a shadow band. Comparisons are made on a five minute, daily, and monthly average basis. The purpose of this study is to identify systematic errors in the RSP measurements. In general, the RSP underestimates diffuse insolation and overestimates beam radiation while giving a good estimate of the global radiation.
