The rapidity and transverse momentum distributions of positive and negative hadrons from collisions of 200 GeV/A {sup 32}S projectiles with a {sup 197}Au target will be presented. These measurements were obtained to determine the extent of stopping in these collisions. The charged hadrons were detected in a 2.4 x 1.2 x 1.08 m{sup 3} time projection chamber positioned with the beam traversing its center to facilitate measurements of hadrons with rapidity greater than four. Comparisons will be made of data taken with a minimum bias trigger and with a central trigger that selects the upper 6% of the interaction cross section. These events were selected using the energy deposited into a calorimeter covering {theta}{sub lab}<0.3{degrees}. The data will also be compared to various models, such as VENUS and FRITIOF, and the degree of stopping portrayed by the data will be discussed.
