We have measured spallation yields from 1.85- and 5.0 GeV proton interactions in Te targets. The spallation cross sections for the production of many radioactive nuclides from Na to Sb were determined. The targets used in both irradiations were approximately 1-cm thick, 99.99% pure natural tellurium. The activations were done at LBL`s Bevatron accelerator. The targets were held in air, assembled in a stack together with acrylic targets that were used to monitor the integrated beam exposure. Following the irradiations, the targets were {gamma}-counted using a 110-cm{sup 3} coaxial germanium detector inside 5-cm thick lead shielding. In order to be sensitive to a wide range of half-lives, three different length time bins were used for the counting: five minute bins for the first hour, one-hour bins for the next 24 hours, then several bins of six hours. The experimental cross sections will be presented and compared to the results of theoretical calculations.
