Associated with the enormous number of minijets production, dileptons are produced via hard bremsstrahlung processes. Unlike soft photon radiation from fragmenting jets, the large mass of a dilepton pair makes it possible to calculate the jet fragmentation functions into dilepton to all orders of pQCD. A QCD evolution equation can then be solved. The resultant associated dilepton production is shown to be dominant in the mass range M {approx} 1 - 3 GeV/c{sup 2}. Consequences on detecting thermal dileptons from quark gluon plasma is also discussed.
