Supersymmetric theories with significant lepton flavor violation have {ital {tilde e}} and {tilde {mu}} nearly degenerate. In this case, pair production of {ital {tilde e}}{sup +}{ital {tilde e}}{sup {minus}} and {tilde {mu}}{sup +}{tilde {mu}}{sup {minus}} at LEP II and at the Next Linear Collider (NLC) leads to the phenomenon of slepton oscillations, which is analogous to neutrino oscillations. The reach in {Delta}{ital m}{sup 2} and sin{sup 2}2{theta} gives a probe of lepton flavor violation which is significantly more powerful than the current bounds from rare processes, such as {mu}{r_arrow}{ital e}{gamma}. Polarizable {ital e}{sup {minus}} beams and the {ital e}{sup {minus}}{ital e}{sup {minus}} mode at the NLC are found to be promising options. {copyright} {ital 1996 The American Physical Society.}
