The authors consider the slow flow of a viscous fluid past a single solid particle with piecewise twice differentiable boundary with corners. The problem is formulated as a system of linear Fredholm integral equations of the second kind of double layer density functions. They determine the existence and uniqueness of the solution of those integral equations, and they present numerical examples with a constructive method for solving weakly singular integral equations. They have also chosen solid flat, hexagonal particles of varying thickness disturbing slow speed flow of a fluid with Newtonian behavior. They present some effect on the auxiliary perturbed fluid velocity behavior resulted past the particles.
