This is the July 1996 uranium market summary. There were but two deals in the concentrates spot market and no transactions in the medium to long term concentrates market, but several offers are under consideration. There were also two deals in the conversion spot market, but no transactions in either the spot market or long-term market for enriched uranium. The restricted uranium spot market prices remained steady, as did enrichment services prices and conversion prices. Unrestricted prices edged upward to a $15.00-$15.50 range.
