Recent experimental data and future plans for electron scattering from the proton, deuteron and helium will be presented. These involve polarization transfer measurements on the proton and deuteron, scattering of polarized electrons from polarized {sup 3}He targets and the {sup 3}He(e,e`d) reaction. Physics issues to be addressed include the proton and neutron elastic form factors, the N {yields} {Delta} transition (especially the question of deformation in the quark wavefunctions) and the electromagnetic structure of the deuteron and {sup 3}He.
