Searches for charmless hadronic B decays B {yields} K{pi}, {pi}{pi}

Using 2 fb{sup {minus}1} of data collected at the {Upsilon}(4s) resonance with the CLEO II detector at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring, the authors have searched for several rare two-body B decay modes. They present updated results for B {yields}K{sup +}{pi}{sup {minus}}, {pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup {minus}}, K{sup +}{pi}{sup 0}, {pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup 0}, {pi}{sup 0}{pi}{sup 0}, K{sup 0}{pi}{sup +}, and K{sup 0}{pi}{sup 0}.
