This article presents the results of a study comparing fast-acting electric radiant panel heating with conventional electric air heat pump and baseboard heating. A comprehensive literature search confirmed the need to develop data from actual dynamic field experiences to demonstrate the performance characteristics of a fast-acting radiant panel system. The data provides performance profiles for comparison with related output generated by the Building Comfort Analysis Program.
