Site Investigation Report for IRP Site No. 4, Wisconsin Air National Guard, 128th Air Refueling Wing, General Billy Mitchell Field, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Volume III. This is the third volume of a three volume site investigation report. One site (Site 4 Base Drainage Ditch) was investigated under the Installation Restoration Program. Soil and groundwater samples were collected and analyzed. A Remedial Investigation was recommended to (1) further delineate the impacted soil and groundwater in the southern/southwestern area of the base and the area of Bailey`s Pond, (2) determine background conditions for the soil and groundwater in the area, and (3) evaluate potential sources of contamination in the soils near Buildings 107 and 108.
