This Record of Decision (ROD) document presents the selected remedial action for the six areas of concern (AOCs) located at the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant (CHAAP) in Grand Island, Nebraska designated as OU2. The remedial action is chosen in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERLCA), as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) of 1986, and with the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan (NCP).
