This letter cites limitations and problems with the TEAM study of personal exposures, indoor-outdoor relationships and breath levels of volatile organic compounds in New Jersey. The problems discussed in detail include the following: improperly titled tables; contradiction as to the number of samples in a given data set; inconsistent placement of symbols signifying statistical significance of a given result. 4 refs.
