By acquiring Nova Corp.`s methanol operations, Methanex increases its lead as the world`s largest methanol producer, boosting its projected 1994 capacity by 1.12 million m.t. to 4.6 million m.t.. On a pro forma basis, revenues for the combined Methanex and Nova methanol operations would have been $500.00 million for the first 9 months of 1993.
