Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA). The purpose of the report is to identify both system impact and physical requirements to meet the anticipated increase in demand for PEA furnished electric energy in Thailand`s Southern Region. Presented is a technical, financial, and economic feasibility study resulting in planning reports of the 115 kV Electric Power Supply, and Distribution Systems required to accommodate short and long term growth projections. This is the first of two volumes and it includes the First Five Year Feasibility Implementation Plan.
