This document is an amendment to the remedial action described in the Record of Decision (ROD) dated November 2, 1993 (PB94-964002) for the Site. The major component of the amended groundwater remedy are: institutional controls to restrict groundwater use beneath and immediately surrounding the Site, and maintenance of the landfill cover and seep controls. The requirement for groundwater monitoring and the pump-and-treat contingency have been removed from the remedy.
