We investigate the degree to which the scaling functions f({psi}{sup {prime}}) derived from inclusive electron-nucleus quasielastic scattering define the {ital same} function for {ital different } nuclei. In the region where the scaling variable {psi}{sup {prime}}{lt}0 , we find that this superscaling is experimentally realized to a high degree. {copyright} {ital 1999} {ital The American Physical Society}
