The heavy flavor study group concentrated on three issues. First the investigation of an energy transverse trigger to be used to select out charm and beauty events. Second, in a dedicated high sensitivity two-body B experiment is it possible to ``tag`` the beauty particle. Third, the design of a photoproduction experiment that could accumulate 10{sup 8} charm particles in a single Fermilab running period.
