Electroweak radiative corrections and m{sub t} constraints are discussed using sin{sup 2}{theta}{sub W}(m{sub Z}){sub {ovr MS}}. The S and T formalism for parameterizing ``new physics`` introduced by Peskin and Takeuchi is described and present constraints on those parameters are given. Coupling evolutions and the status of grand unified theories are updated.
