A preliminary measurement of sin{sup 2}&hthinsp;{theta}{sub W} in {nu}{minus}N deep inelastic scattering from the NuTeV experiment is presented. Using separate neutrino and antineutrino beams, NuTeV is able to determine sin{sup 2}&hthinsp;{theta}{sub W} with low systematic errors. NuTeV measures sin{sup 2}&hthinsp;{theta}{sub W}{sup (on{endash}shell)}=0.2253{plus_minus}0.0019(stat){plus_minus}0.0010(syst), which implies M{sub W}=80.26{plus_minus}0.11&hthinsp;GeV. Expectations are also presented for the NuTeV search for {nu}{sub {mu}}{r_arrow}{nu}{sub {tau}} and {nu}{sub {mu}}{r_arrow}{nu}{sub e} oscillations using the measured neutral to charged-current ratio. The future BooNE experiment is described which searches for {nu}{sub {mu}}{r_arrow}{nu}{sub e} appearance and {nu}{sub {mu}} disappearance oscillations using a new neutrino beam created from the Fermilab 8 GeV Booster accelerator. The experiment is designed to cover definitively the {delta}m{sup 2}/sin{sup 2}&hthinsp;2{theta} region associated with the possible oscillation signal from the LSND experiment and to measure accurately the oscillation parameters if a signal is observed. {copyright} {ital 1998 American Institute of Physics.}
