These proceedings represent the papers presented at the 10th Topical Workshop on Proton{minus}antiproton Collider Physics held at Fermilab. The workshop was held soon after the discovery of the long sought after top quark which was announced on March 2, 1995 simultaneously by both the CDF and D experiments. The Fermilab Tevatron results are reported in the proceeding. And the major highlight of this workshop was the large number of b{minus}physics results from hadron colliders. The Standard Model remains unchallenged. No significant beyond{minus}the{minus}Standard{minus}Model effects were observed. The electroweak physics presented at the workshop provided further support for the Standard Model. Perturbative QCD is shown to be trustable in predicting W+jets backgrounds and top quark production as well as multijet phenomena. There were 55 papers presented at the workshop and all have been abstracted for the Energy Science and Technology database.(AIP)
