We examine the restrictions on inclusive polarized deep-inelastic electronuclear scattering with spin-1 targets imposed by positivity. As a result we obtain a set of inequalities involving the polarized and unpolarized structure functions. {copyright} {ital 1996 The American Physical Society.}
