We have measured double differential cross sections for the (2p{sup 2}){sup 1}D and (2s2p){sup 1}P{sup O} states of He produced by fast H{sup +}, He{sup +} and He{sup ++} impact on He with velocities ranging from 100keV/amu to 400keV/amu. The He{sup **} (212l`) autoionization line profiles strongly depend on the projectile charge and velocity at zero degree observation angle. This dependency is mainly due to strong Coulomb interaction between the scattered projectile and emitted autoionization electron and additional interference effects between the resonances and continuum. In addition, drastic line broadening effects of the (2p{sup 2}){sup 1}D state, interference oscillations and phase shifts have also been studied. The experimental results have been compared with theoretical calculations where the influence of three body Coulomb Interaction in the Final State (CIFS) is included.
