The motion of two-dimensional vortices in layered superconducting structures near T{sub c} under the influence of a transport current is considered within the time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau theory. It is shown that when the finite conductivity of the intervening nonsuperconducting layers and the absence of Josephson coupling between the superconducting layers are taken into account, the equation of the dynamics of an individual two-dimensional vortex is significantly nonlinear: the viscosity coefficient diverges logarithmically as the rate of motion of the vortex decreases. 28 refs.
