This report is one in a series of reports that presents the results from the High Level Waste (HLW) glass formulation development and testing work performed at the Vitreous State Laboratory (VSL) of the Catholic University of America (CUA) to support the development of Immobilized High Level Waste (IHLW) property-composition models for the River Protection Project-Hanford Tank Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant (RPP-WTP). Specifically, this report presents results of Phase 2 glass testing at VSL to support the development of IHLW Product Consistency Test (PCT), melt viscosity, electrical conductivity, and one-percent crystal fraction temperature (T1%) models. The data will be used to augment and refine models developed in Phase 1 testing. The Phase 2 IHLW PCT model will be used to support qualification of the IHLW products, whereas the Phase 2 IHLW viscosity, electrical conductivity, and T1% models will support operation of the WTP.
