Exclusive measurements of particle production in a variety of heavy ion collisions have been made at the LBNL`s Bevalac facility with beams in the energy range 0.25-1.9 A GeV. The EOS Time Projection chamber was used for reconstructing the majority of the nucleons and light, mass fragments up to carbon. For reverse kinematic studies of Au projectile incident on a carbon target, complete charge reconstruction of events was accomplished using an additional heavy fragment detector. The latest results on collective phenomena, fragment formation and multifragmentation in terms of critical behaviour in nuclear matter are presented. The extension of the EOS program (E895) using 2-10 A GeV Au beams, available for the first time this fall at the AGS is discussed.
