Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) has the authority to regulate, but is also currently involved in a program design process for office equipment. NRCan sees its future role in the program as consisting of market research, technical investigations, standards work, and support of allies` delivery. This paper relates the program design process, and is divided into two parts: (1) procurement, and (2) practitioners.
